Doesn't look good!

My daughter asked if I could research this for her, thought I would start here, since this sight has been such help for me and my chickens. On the picture I posted here The bottom as you can see on this chicken is very swollen and pasty looking. What could this be? She hasn't laid an egg in over 3 months now. HELP PLEASE! Thank you so much!
