So we had a flock of three and we purchase three more from a local "reputable" place as pullets. Within a month one looked horrible and died and another 2 months later another just died out of the blue and the third (pictured) looks pretty rough compared to the rest of my flock. Is she just getting picked on or is something wrong with her? She has a bunch of missing feathers that's open on one side and you can tell her general appearance is not as good as the others. I don't see signs of sickness (besides the feathers) but then again the second one that died looked healthy and just died one day. Anything I can do to try and treat any sickness she might have? (Pictures of all for reference)

Ah, and I'll add her eggs have always been soft shelled and most of the times have little calcium lumps on them so they look odd.

No not necessarily. Your other hens could have a few and the new hen have an overwhelming amount. I would check them all and treat with poultry dust if you see any bugs. Let me know what you find.

They are not that new, probably eight months now. I'll see if I can check her out tonight.
