Dog attack, getting chicken to eat?

So sorry that she is not responding to food or water. Water is most important right now. Can you get a little water with electrolytes or sugar into her beak with a dropper, syringe, or a spoon. Try mixing water into some tuna or canned cat food, scrambled bits of egg, and watery chick feed. The purring sound might be mucus in her throat, but hard to know. Is she warm enough? Tube feeding could be something you might want to try at some point if you are interested in learning how. Does she move her legs and wings? A chicken sling or chair might be something you could make to get her upright in front of food and water for parts of the day, then let her out to sleep and stretch. Here are pages of pictures of slings:

We took her outside last night in the sun and she walked around and drank from puddles. But she just won't eat. I will try harder today. I don't have Baytril or anything but I do have some denagard from treating suspected MG years ago. Do you think I could use this as oral antibiotic for this wound?

She doesn't really have a favorite treat, other than sunflower seeds, which she won't touch. Or compost LOL. Sigh. I am so sad about this.

Well, that is good that she can walk around and is drinking some. She might have some internal issue that is affecting her appetite. You could try placing her near the other chickens either divided by fencing or in a crate, to see if she will eat something.

She just seems to be losing condition rapidly, from standing and talking to us yesterday to not getting up and having a breathing issue today. The wound looks gross but no worse.

Yes, the internal thing worries me. That seems like what is happening, as she initially seemed like the wound was the big issue, but now with the not standing up this morning and wheezing noises...I guess it's wait and see? Should we try to dose with Denagard or I might also have tylan? One other weird thing is she has never been one to be handled and she lets us handle her easily now. That seems really out of chicken character for her...
