If you want her to live a decent life she needs vet care: stitches, antibiotics, and pain relief. If you aren’t getting her to a vet she should be euthanized. This isn’t survivable without her going through tremendous pain and a long recovery.
metacam is pain relief, OP said she gave her that
 
oh gosh that is a bad injury - if it's any consolation, my friends turkey was attacked by a coyote and had a similar but even worse injury and has made a full recovery, even if she is permanently missing a chunk of her torso, it healed over with care and she's back with the flock. pain management and cleaning and lightly up the wound to let it dry and stay clean is so important. put her somewhere calm and dark, she likely will, be in shock. I hope others can chime in.
