No, she's not in pain. That wound has healed very well. I'm guessing her gut flora is depleted and possibly her parasympathetic digestive system is also affected because of the pain killers.

How much would you say she's eating?

I stopped the Metacam today as well. But couldn't her lethargy be from pain?

She's eating, drinking, sleeping and nothing more.

She is not moving around? Just sitting?

She's eating just a bit less than normal. Not sure how else to measure how much she's eating...?

I usually cook up beef pork or chicken, keep it plain, no seasoning.

She gets up to eat and drink and some grooming but then back to sleep with her head tucked in

She has made it a very long way on the road to recovery with your intense care.

Ok. With her still eating her normal food, should I keep offering it as well?
