Dog attack injury

Can you just leave water and wet, mushy food in her cage, available to her and let her eat and drink when she's ready?
Yes of course, that's how I've got it set up l at the moment, I was just worried she'd get dehydrated or something and make recovery more difficult in the first day or two
Thank you again for all your help you're very kind, it really means a lot❤️

Can you place her in a small bathroom or closet with tile or vinyl floor, and put paper towel down or puppy pads so she could walk around and might feel more comfortable until you get the larger crate? Maybe if she could see another mild mannered chicken, it might make her more interested in food and relax some. Those are just some suggestions. Crop feeding is easy to learn. You can also try giving her torpedo feedings, which is just some chicken feed plus raw egg and water, made into small bite size torpedos to be hand fed. Here is some reading and a video:

She's perked up so much! Letting me feed her out of my hand, she's had scrambled egg and high protein feed mash, with very high water content in case she's not interested in plain electrolyte water
fingers crossed it keeps getting better! Thank you all so much for your guidance and sharing your expertise, don't know where i would be without this group. ❤️

It's been 4 days now, I plan on moving her to a secure isolation cage outside next to the chicken pen so she can be near her friends, I imagine that would only benefit her recovery. Unfortunately I am not able to bring any friends to her, only the other way around. She seems lonely now. I hope that's okay, if any problems arise, she will be promptly taken back to the house for extra tlc.

I am so happy to report that she is pretty much back to her normal self! Since moving her back outside she's been itching to get out of her cage (it is 1.8m long so plenty of room) and join the rest of the flock. There were no signs of infection on her wounds, she's eating and drinking normally, I've been putting vitamins in her water for an extra little boost. How long should I keep her isolated? I'm happy to keep her separated for a while yet while the others get used to her presence again and make sure they won't bully her. I've got a vicious little isa x cream legbar, she's the smallest in size yet the biggest bully of them all. All in all she is doing incredibly well and can't wait to get back to being a normal free range chicken. ❤️

Glad that she has recovered. Has she she been near the others? Can you bring her out to mingle with everyone under supervision? Maybe watch the bully or lock her up for a bit.
She is in a cage right next to my main coop/run, they see each other constantly and hang out through the wire mesh. I will check her wounds again and then think about letting her out with supervision, that won't be a problem. I know it's an issue if they see red but what about purple? Her back is purple from the antibac spray we used
