Thanks for your suggestions. There was no organs showing. The damage really isn't bad from the outside. I don't know if he hurt her internally. She is in a pen in the garage. I'll let you know how it goes.

You seem to be doing all you should be doing. I've dealt with a few bad injuries; one that I didn't find untill it was already smelling and infected. (she lived and healed up perfect) chickens are amazing animals and recover from injuries that you don't expect they should survive. Good luck and I wish her a speedy recovery.
