Dog attack on my girl help!

Hi Guys a dog got into our girls today and roughed one of our girls pretty bad. No bites but I think the wing is damaged and seems to have "dropped". She is in good form pecking around and seems to be able to jump up on things. Photo attached any advice greatly received! !

I would just keep an eye on her if she's hopping up and what not. That's a good sign. It might be bruised or something and causing her pain which will heal itself but if something is broken, then it wouldn't be good.
