Dog attack survivours with large 6 inch wounds and one limping and carrying wing funny

My bardrock with the ripped tail laid an egg 4 days after the attack. Is that a good sign. It was a good egg. A little small.
Sorry I just saw this. Yes. When they are in shock or extraordinarily stressed they will not usually lay. Some will never lay again after an injury. I had one that injured her leg, and never laid again after that. How are they doing?

Still watching closely. I found one of them the limp is bumble foot early stages that I didn't catch before the attack but I will treat her asap. Still concerned about my bardrock cross. She had the deepest wound and I think it might be infected. It's a little red around the edges and I think there might be some puss. She fights me when I want to see it. I've been using the vetericyn triple antibiotic and i percent of the antibiotic mouthwash stuff people were suggesting. I've ordered aqua mox amoxicillin. And I've looked at the dosing chart. I just hope it gets her fast. The poop looks better on all of them. There was dark old blood in the bardrocks poop on sunday but it seems to be better. My other red is still lumping and carries her wing different but it looks like it's less painful. All have been eatting and drinking and talking to me. I have a friend who has offered to try his medical red light lazer on them. He used it on his cat am it brought her back after almost freezing to death. It's supposed to promote tissue growth.

Photos of her poop?

What dosing chart for Amoxicillin?
Amoxicillin dosing is 57mg per pound of weight given orally twice a day for 10-14 days.

What is the antibiotic mouthwash you are using? Hibiclens?
Flush her wounds really well with Hibiclens, then apply triple antibiotic ointment. If you need to, trim those feathers away from the wound so they don't get into the wound.

Can you get a clearer photo of the wound? Any bad odors? Any maggots?

I got that hibiclens today. No, no maggots or bad smell. Smells like the triple antibiotic. Cut feathers again. It was clorahexin glutamine .12. I have not used antibiotics yet. They have to ship. Photos incoming.

Yesterday a friend's dog escaped from there yard and killed 4 of my hens and badly injured 3. Two have big ugly wounds on there backs. It doesn't look deep . May be from dog ripping feathers with skin from chickens. I looked online to see how to treat them. Cleaned wounds with soapy water, stoped any bleeding with wonder powder but that's were I'm concerned, I read that that's what I should do in a panic. But now I'm seeing other posts about it being not good. I used liberaly vetericyn too left the wonder powder on and slathered gauze with triple antibiotic (the safe kind no pain killer) and wrapped her up with self stick sports wrap. I need to know how often to clean the wound and if I should just not wrap her up. She was trying to pick her feathers out so I did cover her. But I don't think she'll mess with it now. They were ok yesterday after patch up. Eating treats. But last night one looked like she was in a lot of pain and breathing noticeably heavier. She was not interested in eatting and drinking. Passed a normal poop last night, but a really watterey one this morning. Both have been quiet sleeping a lot. I'll try to get the other ones picture when I clean her up. She was in a lot of discomfort and I only got half way through removing her dressing. This one pictured is walking standing weird. Her nails seem to have been broken off but no blood or swelling. I'd take them to a vet but calling around no one will work on them.upd as the one day latter is in the videoOk, I decided to take the covering off she quit messing with it. They are both eatting and drinking. I mixed up some rooster booster with some apple cyber vinegar and some rescue remedie and half a baby aspirin she's moving more. The other bird is worrying me her tail pulls away and there's a gap in her flesh. The dark stuff is the wonder powder wound cloting powder.
This happened to me last summer. I used antibiotic cream several times a day I washed it too kept it real clean. I had to feed her with a dropper at first with sugar water because she was in shock and I brought her in the house kept her warm. Took about two weeks before I could put her back with her sisters. If yours aren’t free range clip one wing so they don’t jump fence

They have never jumped the fence. The dog broke into our yard and run. I'm buying a predator proof coop and run so it never happens again. Love them too much.
