Odor hasn't gotten worse really. And she is lightly eating and drinking. Even laid an egg yesterday morning. But still laying on her side

This may sound crazy but I've used a tiny bit of super glue to hold skin together on a wound and it works great. The glue just falls off during normal skin shedding. I don't know if you have ever tried essential oils before but the helped bring one of mine back from near death after a bad infection. Oregano oil works best for chickens and is a natural antibiotic

She is having trouble standing on both feet! And at this point the skin is rolled up and cannot be glued any longer :(

Peroxide is good but only for the initial cleaning. If you continue to use it , it will retard the healing process. I use Terramycin antibiotic spray on all open wounds and as it is for pinkeye it can be used for eye infections also. I had a goat rip it's horn off in the fence leaving its scalp completely open. Washed it down with dettol waited for it to dry and sprayed it each morning for a week, completely healed, no infection. I've used on a roo that was almost scalped by another roo. A spray product is less disruptive to the wound and causes minimum discomfort to the patient.
It's also imperative to flush the wound well, as the dogs saliva can carry all kinds of bacteria.

Super glue works quite well with some wounds, but of course if there is any necrotic tissue it should be removed.
