Dog attack

I was wondering if anyone has suggestions on nursing a hen who's been attacked by a dog. My little 12 week Americauna hen was attacked by the neighbor dog. She is seperated in the coop right now. her neck is raw and bloody. And haven't been able to access her injuries that well yet. I'm going to give her pain medicine in Water with electrolytes in the a.m. (Hoping she makes it through the night). Any suggestions on an antibiotic or how to keep her neck clean. I'm concerned about an infection.

Please DONT give her anything with 'caine products in it. Post in fullest detail, photos if you have them at "emergencies, diseases, injuries, cures," thread. Chickens generally have great recuperative powers as long as there is NO infection and they don't go into shock.
