Dog attack!

Last night, I came home from a long trip, (My great aunt passed away). And couldn't find my little BR rooster. Well, I found him today and the skin on half of his back is missing, and full of maggots

is there anyway to kill them? And is there anything I can give him for pain? Pics later. And the maggots are so teeny that you can hardly see them

I would cull, but there are many here that choose to treat it. Search threads here about maggots.
