dog attack

update.....all appears to be back to normal with my roo.....he is eating & drinking on his own now......will keep him in the house one more night & then let him spend a few days in the pen with the hens before letting him run the yard with the other 3 roos
Just take a look on that is he calling hens to eat, try to mate, just is he interested in girls and is he crowing, he even need to start crow in house if he is feelin good, if no, get him back. Thats my thoughts....

update....he can't crow....when he crows he sounds like one of the other roos when they first started trying to crow....other that, I put him in with the hens for a few days, so we'll see what happens.....he was king of the roost prior to getting hurt, hope he learns to crow again

update.....my roo is eating & drinking normally, but all is not right....he still appears to have balance issues, cannot crow & has been ostracized by the rest of the flock & is no longer king of the roost....:(

How long he was away from flock? Within few days others can forget about him n need to fight all hierarchy again.
