Oh whoops, that’s what my vet told me to do when my rooster had a broken beak and couldn’t eat or drink.I wouldn't recommend syringe feeding. Too many well intending owner have caused their chickens to aspirate and die. It will eat and drink as it needs to.

I’m thinking of your little one! Coukd be very sore. I’d be concerned with internal injuries, too, being hunched over like that. So he/she is still drinking and eating? How about pooping? Breathing normally? I wish you and the little sweetie all the best!
