Dog bite

Ms. Lazy is still limping. I have been keeping a close eye on her. Her wounds are healing very nicely.
When she see Sammy bear, she kinda does a loud scream.
Which I would too if a huge big creature tries to get me.
She doesn't mind at all for me picking her up and keeping her wounds cleaned.
She , being miss lazy, is my little problem chick and always will be
I have a question, will she always limp now. She favors her right leg. Which I know I would. It shouldn't effect her growth and laying I hope

It's possible she may have a limp all her life, time will tell. She's young, so hopefully it won't be an issue or effect her growth or laying.

Thanks as always for the awesome resource here. I've not been active for some time as hens are pretty much no brainers after a while.

Then a neighbor's dog got in when we accidentally had the run door unlatched. Panic ensued and one girl got a few bites. Nothing serious looking but I came here and a quick search sent me out with a bucket of warm water to clean her up. Then I put some neosporin on he cuts and I'm keeping her separated so none of the other hens bother her. Quite the trying experience. Thanks for an amazing site.
