My chocolate lab is great with all the livestock and kids, my 2.5yo grandson can sit on her(NO we do not encourage this, we stop it ASAP) but point being is she is docile and tolerant.
Not once as she ever gone for a single animal, be it duckling or chick... and she is fine with the sheep and horses..
She is just relentless with fetching stuff.... she would do that till she literately dropped dead lol.
