Yes, as fluffycrow said, you need to be careful with that. I, personally, would do a crate and rotate and let them have little access with each other so they don't become over dependent. It can be a serious issue if it gets bad.

They do look like GPs, how many dew claws on the fronts and backs? Could be GP mixes too. adorable either way! As the others stated keep littermate syndrome in mind if you are keeping both

Just a comment. A DNA test is the only way to tell for sure what a dog is. Appearances are deceiving. It may not be worth it to do it though. Cute puppies.

Good! The Vet thinks they are Great Pyrenees/lab mixes. They gave them something because they had worms and their personalities are starting to come out!

If the Pyrenees part is prominent I would say about 9-11 weeks. If they were dumped then someone is a very irresponsible owner by allowing the birth of these puppies to begin with.
Maybe notify your local animal control because it is against the law to abandon animals.
They are adorable tho.
