Dog brought me an egg.

My three older hens are now free-ranging almost all of the time, and they have taken to occasionally laying eggs in the unused dog house I have in my back yard.

I was out this morning tending to my new pullets, who are locked up in their own run. My 120 pound German Shepherd walked up behind me and stood there. I saw he has something in his mouth. It was a fresh, still-warm egg from the dog house. He had brought it to me.

It was so cute, I just had to share.
