I set my new Border collie puppy up as she was determined to poop in the house and then eat it....so after she pooped in the house I rushed her outside encouraging her to "go potty outside!" Snuck back in the house and cayenne peppered it liberally. Let her back in the house and she immediatly tried to eat it..licked it twice...circled a few times...came back in for one more lick...Done! Now she wont touch it...
but we are still struggling with not pooping in the house. Good thing I have all tile floors eh?
I also red peppered the cats poo in the garden bed out front, hoping the cats wouldnt go there anymore, but it had the benefit of stopping the BC going for that too. I have also heard if you feed your dog pineapple it makes it unpalitable for them....but what if they wont eat the pineapple?
Will chickens eat pineapple?
