DOG EMERGENCY

I have a st bernard female. Ten years old. She is vomiting up large amounts of blood and white foam. She vomited large amounts 4 times already. Attempted to take her to the vet, but they were closed.

All she is doing now is laying on the grass breathing, but refusing to get up and eat.

I think she is dying.

What should I do?

Your vet doesn't have an emergency number? Or try a vet hospital. I don't know if there's anything you can do in this situation without a vet. Did she get into anything? Rat poison?

No, she didn't get into anything toxic.

We will try to take her to a vet hospital. We just have to locate one in my area, Nampa, Idaho.

There's an emergency clinic in Garden City. Not sure how close it is to you but theyre open 24/7. WestVet

Throwing up blood sounds like a real emergency to me. I just did a google search to find that one. If you look up emergency vet you might find one closer. I hope she pulls through.

Vomiting blood is very very bad.

She may have an intestinal blockage causing hemorrhaging.

Do not wait go ASAP.

Recently almost lost one of mine that way.
