Dog house to Rooster house?

Hey guys, I’m trying to be a prepared chicken mom. Our EE hens and rooster are only 12.5 weeks old right now. I know as they mature he may get a little agrressive with his affections towards them, ah young hormones! I found a dog house on the local buy and sell that someone is giving away for free, I don’t have dimensions yet and only the one picture. It looks like it will need a little TLC, but do you think this could make an ok rooster hut if need be? I would only put him in there if absolutely necessary and would make a little run for him as well obviously, he would not be confined to the thing. Any comments appreciated!

Sure that could work, might need some ventilation.
Check to make sure the roof is water tight, might need re-shingling.

Yeah I think it will need a little TLC. I already told my husband I was going to need his hole saw drill to make some ventilation!!
