Dog issue, anyone got any ideas????

I am trying Doggie Time Out with most anything he does and it seems to work well, he understands he did something wrong. We are also working on "Give It" with Gordy, he does seem to be possesive when he has something. I need to find an obedience class as well, he is well behaved, but I think a Basic Class will reinforce things he may not have done in awhile.
