Dog thread!!!

This is my boy, "Goryeo" aka "Paem"
Korean Jindo born in Cheonan South Korea. Turned 1 yo yesterday! :)

Stubborn. Doesn't much care for strangers. Very territorial. Good with the cat. Learning to like the chickens and goats (no attempts to get at them, just doesn't like them on his turf so far.)
Not food motivated at all, picky eater, but enjoys cream cheese rangoon. Loves fetch and frisbee. Good with kids. Too smart for his own good. Total Mama's Boy. Endless energy.
Love this trouble maker beyond words.

Lucky you to have such a cool dog! *Is envious*

lol, oh but believe me, there is definitely a price to pay. :p As a primitive breed Jindo have their own basket of breed quirks that can be very, very problematic.

You've got a really cool dog too. You can tell just from the one picture how intelligent she is just by looking at those eyes.

Thanks.

Yes, Suka is a very intelligent dog. She has the smarts of a collie, the stamina of a husky, and all the stuborn pig-headedness of a terrier!

My dogs stay outside for hours (only if its sunny, heaven forbid they get wet) and then like to come inside to poop sometimes... they are chihuahuas, and seem to like to do things their way . I love them though (husband doesn't lol)

Haha Chihuahuas! They can be brats sometimes.

This is Wookiee. He is turning 5 years old in a couple months. He is totally wacky and crazy as you can see from this picture of him taking a mudbath. He loves rolling in mud and dirt and will eat anything! One time he stole a half a honeydew off the kitchen table and was trying to eat it all before I caught him.

He likes to bark at inanimate objects?? I don't know why. He was supposed to be a champion show dog, but he was the runt of the litter so I got him instead and I am glad. :) Even though he is off his rocker. He's super sweet and lets me niece and nephew climb all over him and doesn't mind. He loves to cuddle and lay his head on top of my face while sticking his tongue out.

This is Pepper my old man. Best I can figure he is about 11 years old. I picked him up from the shelter in 2005 and have lived with his stubborn grumpy self ever since. He is king of the household. The other dogs aren't allowed to eat until he eats first. Sigh. Hehe He is my "velcro dog" following me wherever I go, cuddling with me when I am sick or tired and wagging his whole body when I come home from work. I love this little guy. He is a Chihuahua/terrier mix, loves chasing wild mice and hates the rain and wind.

This is my beautiful Luna. The only female in the pack. She is the smartest dog I've ever met! She goes to work with my husband on a ranch and is the guardian and protector. She's saved chickens from coyotes and alerted my husband to an injured horse. She also keeps the horses in line though she is only 35lbs and they are thousands. She has more energy then anyone! I figure she runs several miles everyday. She is really amazing. I'm not entirely sure what kind of dog she is. A german shepherd mix? My husband took her in at 4months old when a friend of his could no longer care for her. She's turning 4 soon, but acts like she is still a puppy. She is a super picky eater.

That's my doggy family! I love them to pieces!
