dog with posible broken toe

I came home from the swap this morning to a limping dog. Jake is 10 and has several health problems he has seizures, and narrowing of his L4-L5-L6 in his back. this makes him uncoordinated, he can't seem to feel his feet. he has lost control of his bowels too. He had to retire from therapy dog work. he won't put weight on it and of course it is sunday. does it look broken ?

It is hard to tell in the picture. Are there any open wounds? It almost looks like he may have something stuck in his pad but it is hard to tell for sure. I hope he does alright for you.

his last two toes are very swollen now

I'm sure they are broke. he is going to the vet in the morning. since he has a lot of problems with his back end I don't know how he will be able to get around with a bad front leg
