Dogs at Large ...... sigh............

I can no longer walk my own dog because there are so many people here who let their dogs roam. It drives me nuts. If I try to jog, something that I wanted to start doing, I get chased by neighborhood dogs.

I took the time to build a fence for my pets and try to be responsible. I just wish that everyone did.
