Are they all fixed? I generally get after the aggressive Dog and put them in their place. I'm the alpha and the aggressive dog will fall back in line. My Nuetered Male will get out of line and start fights with my other nuetered male and my intact female. I just go out growling and scruff him. He definitely knows to follow the rules and stops challenging the other two. Is a female coming into heat?
Don't separate them. All is forgotten and forgiven quickly.

I didn't read the whole post. Dogs can get into a scrap and most times all is quickly forgiven. But sometimes it isn't. Dogs in the same household can suddenly take a profound dislike to each other and permanent separation is necessary. They can hurt or even kill each other. If they just argue and it doesn't escalate beyond a few nips you are probably okay, but if they get into serious fights that is another issue entirely.

When they start getting older and getting arthritis, they get grumpy and less tolerant of other dogs' efforts to play, also. They should NOT be unsupervised together for a LONG time, or you will most likely have another dead dog, regardless of what started this particular fight. Good luck!
