Help! This is second dog attack - Coco is not eating

when you say grit, what do you mean?
You can buy crushed granite grit at your feed store. Chickens don't have teeth to crush grain and seeds, instead they have a strong internal organ called a gizzard. They ingest coarse sand or fine gravel that goes into this muscle, which uses this material (grit) to grind their food into a digestible paste. Most of us provide this for our birds from the time they are chicks. It is possible, you being in Florida, they get what they need from the sand in your area.

should I let her walk around tonight before putting her to bed?
Could you easily catch her to put her back into your hospital crate - without a stressful chase? If not, I would say no, keep her confined. It won't hurt her..
When my hen was seriously injured by a dog, we kept her in a crate in the house for three weeks until she was healed. Others might do differently.

I let her out she took about a few steps here and there over a period of 10 mins. No fight. She keeps looking like she is falling asleep. I found another deep wound I didn't see before and sprayed it I hope it's not too late. She is very lethargic but she did live the honey water I gave her, she drank a lot here and there. I don't use white sugar so I didn't have any.
