I would give him the itemized bill as soon as possible. that way you will know immediately if the sticker shock changes his mind. Also, what is he doing to prevent future problems with his dogs?

I gave my neighbor a note today ( taped it to the mailbox) and when I got the mail a little while ago I got his apology note agreeing to pay the amount that I came up with . He needs to pay in monthly instalments ( and I understand that ) with the first 100.00 check inclosed . So good luck !! I itemized the expenses and was nice about it . I lost 5 hens and 1 roo yesterday as well. Good luck !!!

Keep the note he gave you in a safe place. It will be your proof he owes you if he changes his mind.

Yeah I am and also keeping a copy of my letter as well as pictures and by the way he recieved a citaion from animal contro so he will have to go to court with them as well !!!!
