Well I don't have any pics of our adult lgd or our future lgd puppy that we drove three and and a half hours to pick up a few days ago but I do have a picture of my pekinese. Her name is Star. She'll just sit there and stare at me whenever I go into my room.

I am getting the husky pup in about 5 more days! We have decided to keep her leashed because of the pitbull and the chickens. We have also been setting up the house and puppy-proofing it. I have one question though.
Dogs sometimes need to just walk away from the crowd and rest. Should I get her a carrier as a hide or just some blankets in a kind of closed up corner? How do I introduce the hide to her?

Bring her home in the carrier and let her come out when she wants. I don't know anything about introducing her to another dog though.
