HELP! I started to make a Betty Crocker cake from a box, and absent mindedly threw the box in the wood stove before I got the directions!!! (duh)

Does anyone have a box around that could tell me what other ingredients are supposed to be added and what temp it's supposed to bake?

Hmmm someone is probably headed to the cupboard for you...unfortunately I don't happen to have one on hand.

If I had to guess however, I would say probably 1/3 cup oil, 2-3 eggs depending how you like it (and the size of your eggs) and milk or water enough to get it to the consistency of cake batter. Bake anything you aren't sure of at 350 - start timer at 20minutes and check from there periodically.

Good Luck

Well, mine is Duncan Hines.
It says:
1 1/3 cups water, 1/2 cup oil and 3 large eggs
Bake at 350

From a box of supermoist, white:
1 1/4th C water
1/3rd C oil
2 eggs or 3 egg whites

350 for 25 mins till done.
