dohh !!! ive put em straight in the incubater

sorry i didnt explain very well i bought my eggs off ebay ,and when they arrived i opened the poly carton and put them straight in my incubater..should i have left them for 24hrs first before putting them in my incubater...?

Shipped eggs can get a little scrambled and need at least 24 hours to allow them to settle before putting them in the bator. How long have they been in there? If it's not been more than 10 or 15 minutes, you might be able to just get them out and let them sit for awhile before putting them back in. If not, you might just have to watch and see what happens.

I have put mine right in and never had a probelm. I always fell very anxious to get them in because I have a fear that they may have gotten to hot in travel and started developing.....but hey, Im an anxious person. Im sure they will be okay.

But now you know.....

If there in there now, I would leave them. They'll be fine. You don't absolutely HAVE to let them sit, it's a good recommendation. Just note that if the air cells look irregular after some time of incubation, that's the cause

They'll still be alright.
