Doing my best to raise these ducks

@Soon2BChixMom
My garage is normally warmer than my house but not as constant. My house is almost always 70 degrees but I could keep them in the bathroom. Do I need a heat lamp if I keep them inside? Tractor Supply is far away but are reptile heat lamps like they sell at petsmart okay for ducklings?

Okay, what kind of setup would you recommend for ducklings so young? They’re in a box with food, water, and straw right now because it was just supposed to be for a day, but now that I know that they’re only 2-3 weeks old they’ll probably need something else to stay in for a few weeks.

As long as they got dried off, they will be fine. It's when their down gets soaked and they are not dried that they get chilled and can become hypothermic. Actually gradual exposure to 'swimming' water helps them start preening.
Okay, I’m glad I didn’t harm them. I’ll use a smaller container next time though since they’re so young.

I am sure reptile lights are fine as long as they aren't made with teflon.
70° might be fine though. I kept mine at 70-75 When they wre about 3 weeks old. Mine stayed in a heated building at 60°. So, by the time they were 4-5 weeks they no longer needed the heat lamp.
Provide them with outdoor adventures too! Supervised and in a predator proof set up.
Here is what my set up was like - also the link provided above is regarding duckling care here on byc. It is a good read.
