doing my homework in Middle Georgia

Hello!

I have been surfing the forum and learning SO MUCH. Due to many circumstances, I won't be able to actually get my chickens till around mid August at the earliest. In the mean time I have been doing as much research as possible so I will be prepared.

I am hoping to connect with other local backyard flocks and hopefully some swap meets or shows in the middle GA area.

The breeds I am interested in are EE and Murans for their pretty egg colors and Polish for their awsome crazy hairdos! I am also interested in Coop designs for 5-6 chickens and advice for the warm humid GA climate.
