I’ve been trying to treat one of my guineas for suspected bumble foot and come to the conclusion that it’s mites. There’s no bumble foot root and no scab anywhere and it’s both feet that are affected. She’s not easy to catch, so I’ve been periodically epsom salt soaking her feet and then applying Benadryl spray or polysporin and Vaseline to legs and toes. She doesn’t seem to be getting better however, and is now laying down 90% of the day.
On top of this, I just found lice on one of my polish hens (lord help me!)

there’s a ton of wild birds back where there coop is and they free range so it was bound to happen

is Doktor Doom lice spray an adequate treatment for both? I really love my guineas and want to help her but it’s so hard to get her locked down somewhere long enough to treat her. She screams non stop if I put her in a dog kennel in my house, and it’s 95 degrees outside so she can’t stay in it in the run or coop.

Can you please post some photos of her feet, legs and bottom of feet?

For lice and mites on the body and for treating your housing, I don't see why you can't use Doktor Doom as long as you follow the directions. I found more directions online - I linked those below. I also see that you had another thread and it was suggested you use Sevin - this would likely take care of mites/lice and the housing as well.

Now, on to the feet. If you suspect Scaly Leg Mites, then you are giving the right treatment for those, but you may have to step it up to a couple of times a week instead of periodically. The soaking is fine, that will help with inflammation. I would use the vaseline - this will smother the mites which live under the scales of the legs/feet. You want to work the vaseline into and under the scales. Do this a couple of times a week. If the scales are damaged, then it will take time for them to slough off, heal or be replaced, but let's have a look at those legs too.
