Domestic Broody???

Do domestic geese and ducks go broody like wild ones or are they too domesticated?

some ducks and geese will it depends on their mothering ability and what breed and setting they are in.

My blue swedes were hatched along with 8 others by their mama... their aunt, at the same time, hatched 17 by herself... all adorable babies!

Domestic muscoies are super broody the silkies of the duck world.

Every spring my blue sweds go broody and my blue swed x rouen mixes do too. Domesticated ducks are very broody. Geese I can't help you with. I haven't dove into those just yet.
