Domestic duck question

Is it normal for a domestic duck to pull the feather's of the chickens behind their neck? We have 5 chickens and 2 ducks but the one male duck keeps going after the chickens and pulling their back neck feathers out.

Seperate them. It sounds like your drakes trying to mate them. If it’s successful it will hurt or kill them.

Some naughty drakes will do that. Best to separate the ones that are doing this.
