Dominent little pullet or mean roo

I have 5 barnyard mixes that are almost 3 weeks old, out of the 5 there are three that mean little butts, two are worse than the other. They're in with my 4 wk olds and they beat them up, beat each other up one has a scab on it's comb. They have plenty of room, they're even like that outside. There are at least 13 known pullets in their pen and only one will stand up to them.
Should I take them out of the bunch or let them work it out, they're not plucking feathers or anything just causing chaos.

If they are that young, try to amuse them with a couple of hanging "treats". Keep the treats apart from each other to break up the "gang war". A bit of suet might do it.
