Dominique? Barred Rock?

I thought I had this one figured out (Barred Rock) but the comb now has me confused. Any help would be appreciated.

It has a flat comb? If so, Dominique. If its got a single comb, then its a barred rock.

It is flat, that is what made me question my Barred Rock assessment. Thanks for the response.
