She is about to be 2 at the end of the month. No mites/lice. She is able to perch on my lap or arm but don't want her using energy on perching. Here she is now. She turned more red once I moved her but now pale again.I’m sorry guysNo mites/lice? Grasping at straws…maybe try some electrolytes/sugar or egg yolk to perk her up. How old is she? Not laying bc of the heat I presume…

Blood rushes to their combs and wattles when they get excited causing more redness. Her instinctive response to the food call is to get excitedI did the food call and she opened her eyes and turned more red.
As soon as she falls asleep she going to turn pale again.
agreeBlood rushes to their combs and wattles when they get excited causing more redness. Her instinctive response to the food call is to get excitedif she’s not feeling well, the pale comb and wattles are fitting - kind of like how when we’re ill the we get pale and clammy sometimes.
I hope an expert can chime in with something to help her.
