Dominique or Barred Rock??

We purchased a brown egg layer assortment with a rooster and have been trying to figure out whether our rooster is a Dominique or a Barred Rock. My husband is convinced he's a Dominique but I think the comb is a BR. We are pretty new at this, though so who knows! Hopefully one of you does.

I have a large laying flock of Barred Rocks, and that is a Barred Rock.
