Dominique roo?

I have this dominique it is 13 weeks old, I would love everyones opinion on roo or pullet? It sings the egg laying song, do roos do this sometimes? Thanks in advance.

I would have to say Cockerell. Look at the saddle feathers, just in front of the tail. Of course..I have been know to make a mistake...LOL

Rooster, no doubt. I see stringy saddle feathers.

That is what I was thinkiing his name is Einstein so I guess unless he lays an egg he keeps the name...
