Dominique rooster?

I think one of my birds is a dominique, and I'm thinking rooster to boot. Thoughts?

I think it's a male but not a Dominique. Wrong comb type. More likely Barred Rock.

I'm kinda bummed that she might be a he! My city doesn't allow roosters in residential neighborhoods.
