DOMINIQUES; can I trust a hatchery?

I would love to get some dominiques

I have always like these chickens. I have heard a great deal about how some hatcheries wis sub barred rocks for dominiques. I want a pure breed dominiques. Is it really that hard to get them?

Are you looking for LF or bantams? If LF and you want pure, quality ones, go with a breeder. If you're lookng for bantams, I do know that cackle has some nice ones.

I know that Murry McMurray Hatchery have Dominiques and you'll be able to tell the difference. Dominiques have rose combs where as BR's have a single comb. I'm sure if you are not satisified they would refund you. Good luck!

Im wanting large size. How can I find a breeder close to me? I have looked for a breeder list on the net but no luck.
