Cochins have feathered feet and yellow shanks/skin. Orpingtons have clean legs and white shanks/skin. No fight needed.

Hmm. Hard one, 1st looks like a golden comet/cinnamon queen, the 2nd might be an EE mix, @cherrynberry has a rooster with similar coloring.
