Yep Joan was all about getting the task done the best it could be for her charity. Annie just wanted to win to humiliate Joan. While I could see it for a while it really showed on the last task. How many times did she tell her colleagues that Joan screwed things up for her and she wanted to crush her and humiliate her then wished her dead. Even Trump picked up on the fact that the designer was overwhelmed and not up to the task.
