I recently purchased 3 of their doors. One came with a bad light sensor. I notified them and got no response. I later ordered a new sensor from them, notifying them again of the problem and got no response again. They charged me full price for the sensor too.
It's unfortunate that companies like this bring a bad name to "Made in America". I don't recommend them to anyone and would rather order a new door from a different company than to buy one small replacement part from them again.
