DONT GET MAD......ducks and freezer camp

Indian runners are supposed to have a great flavor, I'll let you know later this year as we are going to be hatching some more out once it gets warmer..... I learned my lesson about brooding ducklings in early spring. lol

The duck breast you can cook so many ways, stir fry, baked, grilled. I've even made jerky from it, the leg 1/4's and giblets go to the sausage.

How'd those runners taste and how'd you cook them? I just processed a few excess drakes and don't know what to do with them. They gave me so much joy when they were alive that I don't want to ruin the potential joy they can give me at the table. (this is the first time I have processed something that I have raised...)
