Specifically herding breeds. Just wanted to remind people about Ivermectin. Some herding breeds( Collies, Australian Shepherds, Australian Cattle dogs, etc) are deathly allergic to Ivermectin based products and should never be given them. Please don't dose them when you're doing your other livestock. There is a test to determine if your herding breed dog is allergic to it from your vet. Inside these breeds some may tolerate them well, but the majority don't. That is why if you want to give them ivermectin you need to have your vet run tests. Heartgaurd contains a low dose of Ivermectin too. Talk to your vet about this as well. Many of you already know this, but I thought I'd put the reminder out there again. I know we often like to worm everything at once, but we want to be safe
