Entire flock in both coops have broken feathers and all are over preening in frustration. Skin is dry and flaky. Two have red skin.I have not read anywhere that this product has no egg withdrawal. The label says 5 mg per ml, which is the say as pour on ivermectin. The dosage of either is 0.1 ml for each 2 pounds of weight, and it should be placed between the shoulder blades over the spine to be absorbed. Both are cattle drugs used off label for chickens. Ivermectin is not approved for chickens although many have used it for years to treat mites. It requires an egg withdrawal. Many times feather picking by other chickens are mistaken for feather mites. If feathers have not grown back soon, it may be until the next yearly molt when feathers come back.
