dont have incubator how to keep hatching chick warm

Here's a pic. It isn't zipped all they way around cuz the egg got.smashed
Not sure if chick can get out

It kinda looks like you've been helping too much with picking at the eggshell :(

Chickie might not make it even after it's out, I'm sorry. But nature is fickle and in the wild many more die than live to adulthood. You can use this as a learning opportunity.

When I had a broody kick out eggs and saw one of them had pipped, I just held it in my hands against my stomach until she hatched. Humans are about the right temperature in a pinch. She did it all herself, proving she was strong enough to survive.
 
Are the blood vessels still active? The chick looks like a possible feet over head malposition, and may need help to hatch.

Before attempting an assist, I highly recommend that you read Pyxis's article on assisted hatching. There is a section in there about malpositions, too. It's very important not to assist prematurely because the chick may still be absorbing its yolk and/or the blood vessels still need to dry up.
